To open an account on Corelle.com, follow these steps:

1. Click on My Account on the homepage.
2. If a returning customer, sign in using the email address and password.
3. If not registered, proceed without creating an account or choose to create an account.
4. Enter the billing information as it appears on the credit card statement. The credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number.
5. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where the order should be shipped.
6. Select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) to be purchased.
7. Verify the address information is correct, review the order, then enter the payment method and click "Place Order."
8. After completing the checkout process, the Purchase Summary page confirms details of the order placed and provides a Purchase Summary reference number. It is recommended to print this Purchase Summary page for future order references.
9. An order confirmation email will be received which includes an order number that can be used to track the order in My Account. Once the items have been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent will be received.

Please note that if more than one item is ordered, it is possible that different items may arrive on different days depending on stock availability. All orders are charged in US dollars. Credit card companies may convert the total to the local currency. The order confirmation reflects US dollars. Changing or cancelling an order can only be done on full orders within the 90 minutes of placing the order. If adjustments to the shipping details, payment information, or a partial adjustment to the order is needed, it is recommended to cancel within the 90 minute window and submit a new order with the necessary changes. Note: Cancel window timeframes can vary based on processing times. You may occasionally encounter shorter or longer windows based on variables (ex: holidays, promotions, weather, etc.). Because of this, although the best will be done to accommodate the request, cancellations are not guaranteed.

The return policy for Corelle.com is as follows: If a customer is not 100% satisfied with any product, the Corelle Brands LLC Consumer Care Center will process a credit for the products sold through their E-Commerce Website or their Consumer Care Center within 90 days of purchase. A full refund minus the original shipping and handling charges and the $8 cost of the prepaid return will be issued. Products must be unused and in the original packaging. Please include the packing list that came with your order or a copy of your order confirmation to ensure prompt processing. Please allow 30 days from the date you ship back your package for the receipt and processing of your return. Damaged Products: If your product has arrived damaged, please keep the product and packaging and reach out to our Consumer Care Center. For an $8 fee, you may return your order with the prepaid UPS label. The fee will be deducted from your credit. Please ensure the product value of your order is over $8 prior before shipping to utilize this service.
